Rectangular, blue pill not huge but not tiny. Has a notch to break it in half. Probably around 150mg per pill (75mg per half) although don't take that as gospel.

i’m also from around shrewsbury and did blue chefs a few times but i found they kind of sucked compared to other pills i’ve done but i imagine it’s due to the low mg you also talked about. tbh i found my eyes didn’t really go on them which made me feel very sober.
