i took one pill then 30 mins and i had these feelings in my cottage that i should go for jogging, well sneakers to the foot and straight jogging, it was so nice and sweat was hydraulic , forest breathed me and it was very fun jog, when i watched clock it had been 4 hours straight jogging, i was like wtf! and laughed, then i turned back and the it was nice walk and back home everything was normalized and i was happy
