Took entire pill on an empty stomach and started to feel come-up in about 30. About an hour in, strong sense of euphoria and wanting to dance takes over. Jaw clenching and lights and sounds are more lively/vibrant.
Started to come down very smoothly after about 4 hours. Legs are sore. Other than that, no other negative effects. Slept like a baby, probably from dancing all night.
Great pill. Would estimate pill to be very strong/potent, between 220-260mg.
Would definitely recommend.

ive had these. they are indeed strong pills. 220-260 is a good judgement number..
