I really enjoyed this pill. I felt great and chatty for a long time. Took half of it, and the other half about an hour later. I would definitely recommend this pill. The only problem I had with it was the muscles in my jaw were moving the whole night, caused me to have giant ulcers in my mouth and I even bit my own tongue. I hear that taking a magnesium vitamin can help the muscles in your jaw to relax, so I will do that the next time, Hope this helped.
