So these pills are easy to break and melt in your mouth I had three of them wich was shared between 4 of us we all started with a quarter around 6 pm my wife and I ware eexperience with mdma the other two weren't so we was playing it safe for there sake after about 30 minutes I felt the come up begin so my wife and I ate another quarter the others had all ready ate theres.....20 minute later they were trashed so we at our other half to try and get like them....There was lots of jaw clenching eye wiggles for the beginners not so much for us old school people but still excellent quality pill lots of empathy hugs and connecting to everyone and sweat never stopped rolling off our faces at some point I would be going to get somthing and totally forget what I was looking for and just all around great night I went to bed at 3 am under was up for work the next morning at 8am.....One whole bean at once would have put me right where I like to be but be responsible when there are newbies around
