The article info here:
A new party drug called Blue Batman hospitalised five Hawkesbury teenagers over the weekend.
Described as an acid tripper and a form of MDMA or ecstasy, little is known about the drug which is alarming local emergency services.
Western Australian media reported a ‘‘bad batch’’ was sold in Perth earlier this year, hospitalising 12 people.

got stuck with a bunch of these by accident, reagent tests go straight to black and bubble and fizz, well marquils does anyways, i don't own the other test solutions. these are bad news a few of my mates ended up in hospital believe them to contain 5-meo dipt. however whoever made them also used safrole oil or something because they do smell quite mdxxy and go straight to black however they definitely do not contain any MDXX

August 25, 2014, 6:58 pm GMTInteresting it's being used as an adulterant in pills, i wouldn't have bothered but i guess when your using it as intended its going to be a cheap alternative to make some quick $'s as much of an annoying and somewhat possibly harmfull solution and idea it may sound given they are a dangerous or outrageous dose of nbome to use in a pill.
As far as i know the Ehrlich reagent used to screen LSD and other indoles is the closest thing around to testing for nbome as i cant find any other method however there probably an organic method to test for the presence of nbome.

Notice particularly the erowid link you will see a comparison of LSD testing side by side with Nbome testing where they conclude their results finding nbome to not budge with a what would have been thought to be a suitable reagent for it.
Hopefully they develop a reagent in the near future or an easy way people can do a comparison and test adulterated pills such as these ones and make a better educated choice should they come into possession of these.

I had heard a few warnings about these so I was quite cautious when taking them.
August 26, 2014, 12:13 pm GMTI had 1 at a bar in Newcastle a few weeks ago, about 1 1/2 hours later I felt nothing. We decided to head into the clubs so I dropped the other.. Same again didn't feel anything at all. Nothing, except the alcohol I was drinking.
Luckily I had only bought 2 of these pills.. Not often you can say you're pretty lucky feeling nothing off pills but reading some other stories, maybe I was.

Interesting you say they were not active for you corel, I have had one of the nbomes cant remember which one might have been 25-i on 4 different occasions and every time i ingested the tabs they were inactive achieving no text book nbome effects at all?

I think you might be right there, i have heard of people insufulating it before but i chose to ingest them as i thought it would work, Maybe i was supposed to insufulate them instead. Dunno, i don't have much time for new age chemicals as it is.

Nbome is only active when insuflated or its absorb sublingualy as there is an enzyme in your stomach that breaks it down. It's a derivative of 2 cb and is no way related to "bath salts".

I had an allegedly nbome pill a few years back and snorted a quarter of it and I was tripping pretty solidly. Knew it was odd that the dude that gave it to me said it only works if you snorted it.
Didn't purchase the pill, just got it off someone I knew who didn't like trippy pills.
Putting this stuff in pills is dangerous as the substance is active in the microgram doses.

I tried this back around Australia day with mates. 1 to 2 of these did absolutely nothing when ingested. Split one up amongst 4 or 5 of us and racked it...we were all tripping big time.
September 4, 2014, 12:33 pm GMTFirst time I did it was with a close group of friends and very enjoyable trip, with a very mellowed out feeling after the trip. Racked some the day after an no trip at all just mellowed out a lil bit.
Third time a few weeks later I racked a smaller amount whislt at a party with heaps of people I didn't know. Tripped big time and ended up lying in a nearby golf course feeling tranquilised and unable to move without assistance.
For me it was nasty stuff and I wont be touching it again....
