A) the size is too large, can only be 400 x 300pxl
B) the extension must be .jpg
If you have noticed that you are starting to need a higher dose then this is down to tolerance (using too often). If you took a break and started off again at a lower dose this will be safer for you in the long run than just upping the dose.
