The press isn't very well defined. Looks like it would come off easily if it was rubbed around in pocket. Chemical reagent don't lie though. Marquis turn completely to purple in less than 30 seconds.

There were some MDxx pac mans, similar in style to these, that came out in FLorida (i believe) a while back. Nice find op!

@Jimsteele, these are the same press that was in florida....i dont think its a florida specific like the mints in chi.....cuz a lil bird told me that these might contain 100mg/100mg mdma/caffiene combo....which to me would be really nice for an event......
