There is no mdma in these... would you care to elaborate on the general effects you experienced... empathy, eye wiggles, light/music appreciation, nausea, dry heaving foam, projectile diarhea.... what symptoms did the friend experience that made them seek medical attention?

These don't sound like MDMA at all. These are most likely some other dangerous drugs.

There are many dangerous/dirty stimulants and hallucinogen chemicals that are used as cheap substitutes for the real deal.
Recently it was mainly BZP mixed with TFMPP (piperazines) but has switched into some nasty shit like 2,5-DMA and other 'unknown' substances that came back with no library matches to any drugs known on modern scientific record.
If there's no record of the drug existing, how the fuck can they know if it's safe? Damn this shit is fucked up! GET A TEST KIT!!! - KNOW IT'S MDMA OR TRASH!
I made some edits to the report. Please try to add more detail next time, regardless these sound like horrible pills to be avoided.

thanks for the report...these sound disgusting...BZP or 5-meo most likely but who knows. PLEASE warn anyone you know not to consume all these cut outs going around before someone gets killed taking them, sad part is it will be blamed on MDXX compounds.
