SMELL: No smell apparent.
TASTE: bitter like most pills, though not unbearable.
TEXTURE: some of these were really hard pills to cut/break!! i noticed the lighter ones seemed to cut ok, but the darker ones shattered when excessive force was applied, and created lots of dust/small particles.
PRESS: No score on either face, no domes, but edges bevelled 45 degrees, quite a wide bevel actually...
The press looked clean and proffessional. The dolphin logo was what i consider a 'fat' dolphin press (ie i have seen some dolphins such as blue dolphin of late 2003 which were skinny and somewhat featureless, where as this dolphin is kinda fatter, and has more detail)
PPS: sorry about the worst photo of a pill i think i've ever shot! it was all a bit last minute... i seem to recall a decent photo of this logo from another report, but not on the new version of the site.
I consider these an excellent MDMA pill; clean, and of medium to high strength and duration.
I was one of four people taking these at a progressive event recently. All reported a very pleasant experience, with minimal variance in effects.
As noted above, there seem to be two colours of these pills, so we made sure everyone had at least one of each to keep us all at the same level.
**Please note that the test was conducted with a test kit which may have been contaminated, as some drops were coming out already black. I sprinkled a few more drops on the plate, then took one of each colour of the pills and scraped it over the drops which WEREN'T black, and this made the reagent go black within about 30 seconds.
I ingested my first third of a (lighter) pill at 11pm (it broke and crumbled while cutting, so much of it was powder). I started to feel a lift in mood within 20 mins, music sounded better by 30min, and full effects came on within about 45 min. My eyes started to lose focus and wander, i got controlable jaw clenches, a distinct need to dance, deeper understanding of the music, followed by warm rushes and a need to have my friends around me.
I felt deeper empathy on this pill than on many i have had recently, although this only extended to people i knew, for some reason. I also got very talkative which is quite unusual for me, i usually just like to dance.
Effects of the first bit started to decline within about 45min-1hr, so i ate the rest of the pill. Within about 15mins, i started sweating profusely, especially on my forehead, and was very loved up, touchy-feely, rushing, and generally gurning quite hard.
These pills also made me unusually ecstatic, i had my arms in the air on many occasions. The rushing and dancing was directly related to music and setting, because any change in these brought me down to earth a little. I had trouble sms-ing because of eye wobbles (i actually went crosseyed a few times at about 6 in the morning) and jaw clenching increased thru the night.
I also noticed very slight visual and auditory hallucinations, the visual being things i thought i saw in the club, and i kept hearing people call my name on the comedown. Maybe a touch of MDA??
I felt that the effects of these pills lasted for at least 3 hours on each whole pill, and i kept gurning pretty solidly until 8am on 2.5 pills and a dexie or two. The end seemed to tail off quite gradually, which was very nice.
The comedown was non-existant because we kept doing lines, cones, halves, beers etc all through the next day and night in a pretty epic 24hr session. 60 odd hours afterwards though, i feel fine, just a little tired and slow.
VERDICT: Great fun. 8/10 IMO.

Just a note- we got these at the last minute, so there wasn't much time for a decent photo, but looking at the pic now, it seems that the 'outline' of the dolphin is the only bit indented into the pill, not the whole shape of the dolphin itself... maybe this is why it appeared to me to be a 'fatter' dolphin logo than previous dolphin logos (can anyone remember 2003-04??) which i'm certain were totally indented, not just the outline.

yer the old blue dolphins weere fully indented. these look like the orange dolphins weere around which to me look like the same as the butteflies in the report before this.

Good news Melbourne, these babies have just hit town. Dropped one about 12.30am,nice clean come on over about 30 mins. Heightened sense to music and light effects, now 2.30am and really enjoying these, a real nice pill! Although our DD called these red they are definetely the same light pink.

November 1, 2005, 12:31 am GMTOne of the greatest pills i've taken. I've taken about 60 of those. Very clean ending , no pains , or weird feeling like others blue type of pills. VERY VERY INTENSE "ROLL" even can make u cant dance because u feel so rolling.
one of the greatest advantage of this pill : very very clean ending. no pains , can eat right away , can sleep right away ( if eat less than 3 ).
bad things about it : not much caffeine or meth so u got less energy to dance but very good for mix with other.

Koston, fair enough but i disagree. Yes the 2003 fully indented (blue) dolphins were EPIC. i was going hard for 4+ hours on one.
November 1, 2005, 2:07 pm GMTthese aren't THAT epic, but i reckon a good, clean 3 hour gurn deserves a solid 8, and while these werent as strong as the green mitsis i had recently, they blew the white maples away, and i wouldn't rate them medium-low.
While i'm only of medium to small build, my tolerance is higher than usual atm, since i have been going fairly harder than normal of late, so for me to gurn 7 hours on 2 pills and 2 dexies, i reckon these aint weak.
madkiwi- i didn't feel anything like speed in them, and sleep was not a problem for any of my mates, so i'd have to disagree also.

I thought the Maples were 'Low'. I racked one and all I got was a twenty minute buzz, same with the Motorola's with the cats eye score.

I used to drop multiple times a week every week since my 18th. I'm 19 and a bit and have dropped it down to once a month if that.

ok. the maples seemed to vary- i had mates who were on 1 maple all night, and they had been doing this longer and usually harder than me!! at the same time i double dropped them and it was great for about 3.5hrs, then had another and went for another 2-3 hrs. i wouldv'e called em medium, and these dolphins comparatively medium-high.
November 2, 2005, 2:13 am GMTonly pills i'd rate close to a 10 would be blue diamonds from summer 2003, the first batch green mitsis from way earlier this year, and the triple stacked red mtvs i had in spring 2004, when i had one and was out of it for seriously 5hours+.
i have been doing this every month-2months for almost 4 years, though i rarely get the strongest pills around :P. usually 1-2 decent pills used to be enough in a night for me, now its like 2-3. so i guess my tolerance aint as high as yours.

In Sydney... I was in a hurry so I got 2 test this pill with Marquis & Mandelin. A tiny scraping tested with Marquis and a the the usual dark purple spread grew. This would indicate a likely MDxx & amphetamine/methamphetamine reaction. My friend who handed me the pill to test had handled some speed earlier so this may have been the cause for the yellow to light green reaction. Testing from the inside of the pill would have been better to reveal if these have some amphetamine/methamphetamine in them but my friend didn't want me to bother and we were in a hurry...

had one of these the other night. was told geniune imports so i was made to pay TwentyFive for these. they should of been stronger seeing that i had to pay so much for them. not the best i have had this year, but they did look well made lol

People there are two batches of these both good mdma pills but the orange ones if you look closely are thicker. I've tried the dark pink speckled, light pink speckled but the uniform orange & white with orange specs are stronger delivering real euphoric rushes.

I had a blue fish sum weeks back while in northbridge, one of the worst pills i'd had in a while. got one of the pink dolphins later in the night tho, definately worth my money, peaked constantly for about 3hrs. at one point i actually believed i'd never comedown lol, very very clean pill, jus wish i could get more coz theres alot of shit goin round lately :(

the frist time i poped a pill was a pink Dolphin and had a great high peaked and every thing and then like a year later i found another pink dolphin and had the same roll as my frist time......so yeah if u find some of theis grab as meny as u can
