Had a similar one yesterday, however it was quite nicely pressed.

2:00 - took pill
3:00 - feeling the comeup
3:15 - started rolling
5:45 - starts wearing off
6:45 - still chatty and emphatic
8:30 - sleep
I woke up every few hours and then finally got up around 14:30.
It was pretty bad sleep and I was drenched in sweat.
The roll was great and stuff between 3:30 and 5:30 is pretty much a blur, I just remember flailing my arms around and clenching intensely. I also have no MDMA tolerance (last roll was 5 months ago) and had quite a bit of alcohol beforehand - around 2l beer, 0.5l wine and 0.1l pear spirit.
