First time on E. Took half a pill with bf, kinds was crushed up. 40 mins later the tree kinda looked cool and I felt talkative and happy. Took the other half later and I was really really into dancing, happy talking, cuddles, was getting buzzing in my body and leg was jittering without me feeling it or controlling it. Kinda felt the heart pulsing pressure of caffine. Had one drink before taking it and some weed (but couldn't feel either) mega ephoria and while sitting down and the chair felt sooo good getting body buzz I felt nausious and went and threw up then continued dancing but had to go outside and change scene frequently but it was the best time at a party I've ever had.
BF didn't feel it as hard. He just felt euphoria and body buzzes and had a mean migraine and threw up. I had a mild headache but was still estatic.
Can someone suggest if this was MDMA or something else?

Sounds like good old MDMA BUT the headache Is a bit wird tho

Yeah I got a mean headache and these sorta felt like party pills the day after. Still had tiny bit of mdma though

sounds liek you didn't drink enough water, that would explain why you both threw up. its not normal to throw up on MDMA, especially if you felt all of the good things about it like euphoria, im sure you were just dehydrated or something..
