Took about 1:30h to feel any effects, but that was probably because I had eaten before taking the pill. The peak was weak, short, a little bit of bruxism, not much sweating and increase in temperature. Had no problems sleeping 8 hours later, but a few days after I felt strong lightheadedness and couldn't sleep restfully - was sleeping for a good 9-10 hours and woke up like I haven't slept. Wouldn't recommend
