i crushed the pill so the comeup was quick.. 25-30 minutes i think. the effects were like mdma crystals and the platau was about 3 hours. i took one pill the night i tried them and the next day i felt fine. my mood wasnt bad because of 5-htp. no problems sleeping at all.
overall a very good pill.
very proff made pills. tried them last weekend. they are about 100-120mg pr pill. a friend told me they were tested to about 110mg (dont know the name of the lab).
