Pillreports is a global database of Ecstasy" pills based on both subjective user reports and scientific analysis. "Ecstasy" is traditionally the name for MDMA based pills, however here we also include closely related substances such as MDA, MDEA, MBDB. Pills sold as "Ecstasy" often include other, potentially more dangerous, substances such as methamphetamine, ketamine and PMA.

I have deleted a lot of reports and comments today from this section as they were not in English.

*and I think you should bend the rules little bit, especially in Turkey section. I've been lurking pillreports for years and I don't remember any foreigner asking advice, maybe one or two.

The site has an English only rule and has done for many years. This has been repeated over and over in this section but people wish to simply ignore it.

I have worked on this site for over 7 years and I do not like removing threads as it is counterproductive to what were trying to achieve. However Pillreports has a set of guidelines we must adhere to and that is what I enforce the rules.
I do bend the rules for this section - I allow reports and comments that have an English translation. The majority of the content I removed had no translation or the translation was not sufficient enough.
Now calling myself or any of the staff 'dickheads' because you do not like the rules of the site is disrespectful and why 'persoo' was banned from the site.

What people do not understand is that if we just allowed sourcing and dealing we would not be able to operate. If people are posting in non English then we have no way of checking what is being said and this could have a major impact on the entire site.

We have considered having a Turkish speaking moderator join the site for this section but I feel that this would just encourage people to post in Turkish/ignore the rules.
I think more of the mods are going to be checking this section now and removing all non English posts etc - people have had plenty of chances.

Yes you should make @euphoricthing admin. In Turkey section,most of the people(like %99 of them) use google translate English. Just for the obligation. And it makes no use for no one. @euphoricthing is one of the few people ,which uses proper English in Middle East and Turkey section. So please consider it. Those comments are very useful for us . You may not understand it because you're in Europe but things are though and shitty in here

We have thought about having a mod for this section and I agree that Euphoricthing would be a great choice. The problem is, at the moment most people are simply ignoring the English only rule in this section - I feel that if I was to start a Turkish speaking moderator then people would simply continue to ignore the rules of the site and the moderator would spend the majority of their time translating comments and reports.

It makes no difference where a person is based - Turkey is/was a big tourist destination and people travelling should be able to use the site to find what pills are about.

But @euphoricthing is up for it . It is better than non-sense Google translated English.
Yeah everybody's right to know about pills in Turkey , especially this section might be useful for tourists, you're right.
Anyway i hope this section will get back to it's old days and everybody(admins,tourists,turkish fellas) get happy.

Edit report add translate for both (so i will check if google translation doesn't make sense then i will edit)
Rename wrong given pill names (sometimes given wrong you know)
Find the image for pill if it's not given (I know max 4 pill in a pic)
If it contains adlt substance and reporter don't know what is in it , can do a research on ecsdata and other lab result sites or via pillreport database to give actual report results.
I can add warning to the top of right column for deadly pills.
