Definitely MDMA and I'd estimate around 120mg. this is based on dutch 160s 180s and 220s I've taken previously.
1 was sufficient for inexperienced users. I am very experienced and immediately chewed up and ate 1 as a test, which it passed. 60-90 minutes later I figured I got the most out of it and took another one. I was pretty out of it on the couch another 60-90 mins later. But all classic MDMA effects, emotional openness, trails, eye wiggling, jaw clenching.. not at all speedy or trippy, just very relaxed.

So everyone test everything!
