Decided to do a half on New Years Eve as I had work the next day and heard these don't dilate your pupils and only last for two hours, I can't deal with comedowns in work.

9pm - In my mates gaff pre-drinking before heading out, drop a half after 4 cans, notice no taste. Feel my stomach churning while in the taxi.

9.40pm - Lining up outside the club now, starting to feel something I guess. Feeling more drunk than I should be, definately not the usual MDMA feeling of coming up. The lads and I don't like the look of the crowd as two different fights breakout so we decide to chance a club around the corner. Feeling kinda drunk but noticing a strong "blurring" of my vision, hard to focus on anything. Notcing my heart is racing, literally pounding out of my chest one minute yet utterly fine the next, starting to regret taking it.

10pm - In a taxi heading to town now, starting to feel very strange. Full on yawning, utterly wrecked, can barely keep my eyes open but at the same time starting to trip a good bit, in no mood to dance or party. Street and traffic lights are being to melt and trail, even blend into each other, bright lights have a kaleidoscope like quality to them which I usually get on MDMA and 2cx drugs. For some reason can't get that song "Samba Ti Pi" by Carlos Santana out my head, goes nicely with the trippy lights though. I don't feel like talking, I just sit there and half listen to what the lads are saying.

10.30pm - In town now, trying to find a decent club. I have to stop and spew a small bit, my stomach is seriously upset and I don't feel great. We all stop off at McDonalds for a piss and I notice, despite what my friends say, that my pupils are fairly dilated - not as bad as MDMA but certainly noticable. Noticing a strong body load, sick stomach but also a slight "tingling" in my hands and legs. Definately a "tactile" dimension to this pill, some surfaces feel strange. I feel a general sluggish buzz though, all the lads are dying to dance and such but I'm seriously not feeling it.

We spend the next hour or so just walking around town, trying to get into several clubs but each place seems to be at capacity or just aren't letting us in. My eyes feel heavy, almost like when your stoned and I'm sick of walking around town, nearly being blinded by the super-bright and melting lights. I can't seem to stop both coughing and retching and I have this uncomfortable "drunk" feeling, not nice.

About 12am - I seem to be coming down abit and feeling abit better, thats when I noticed a slight "reflective" quality to this strange pill. Half of the lads (who are pretty anti-drug, drinkers but "drugs are scummy" types) want to try another club while the other half (some of who are on the yellow cats and looking for more) want to try a well-known club with a huge rep for drugs. The two sides bicker for ages while I watch and think how stupid the fighting is, I just want to go have a pint in a pub or go back to a gaff. In the taxi home now and I get another little "insight", just about how it's a new year and how its really up to me to make it a good year, try new things etc.

1am - Back in one of the lads gaffs now, definately coming down sharp, stomach has eased up and my large pupils are reducing a good bit. The lads are snorting yellow cats but I'm not in the mood anymore, just have a few bottles instead. One of the lads who got the pills in the first place pops the other half. He spent the rest of the night giggling at nothing, I said the word "flowerpot" and he literally fell to the floor laughing his head off, weird.

4am - I feel utterly fine now, pupils are back to normal and I'm just a bit tipsy from having some bottles. Lads who are on pills are all mashed but I decide to head and go home, notice slight "woven" patterns when I close my eyes to sleep but its fine, sleep like a log.

Get up the next day, not a bother on me, I feel "inspired" almost.

Personally, having done large doses of both 2cb and 2ci before, I'm pretty sure it's a member of the 2cx family but not sure which one, somebody suggested ketamine but I don't think so. I normally snort 2cx chemicals but have noticed strong nausea when I take them orally, the strong giggles from my friend is also an indicator plus the trippy effects.

To be honest, I wouldn't touch this pill again, I can only imagine what a full pill would've done to me. My mates loved it though but I'll stick to pills I actually know of. Thanks for reading.
