Ive Done this Pill A couple times and it is very good come up of between 30-45 ussualy u only need one or 2 to last the nite i popped 2 at the same time and it was almost 2 intense for a short bit very easy to sleep after no jaw clenching till later but not major no tracers eye wiggles here and there bare its my first report
