but where can he place his report, there is no region for latvia, so i guess the mods will have to make one,, seems like there flooded with pills

Quite weak is an understatement, had 20 of these in one night and had a short 2 minute buzz then just a long continous really weak buzz. Most that tried these were sick after coming down.
