I took one half to begin with and it took around 30 mins for me to come up. Nice and steady come up, not too intense. The initial high doesn't last too long so I took my other half a couple of hours later, followed by another half a few more hours later. They're around 220mg but for me it felt like a lot less for me. More suited to regular pill takers, may be a bit too intense for first timers. Stay safe and have fun!

The first dom perignon press is back in 2015. Nowadays they are much lower then 200mg..
