I ate one whole pill it may have bee that I was over anxious but it seemed like it was not kicking in so I ate another half having my doubts but shortly after there was no doubting it was def working. It was a very vibrant roll (Good Vibrations!) the peak was pretty intense if your not used to that i recommend that u only eat a half at once
