I got these pills because of the hype that I read on here. I popped half and I did feel the come up. Small but felt like a head change popped the other half and felt it a bit better nothing like the reviews that was 300mg. I think you might have to pop the whole thing. Should have listened to friend when he told me the we're not so strong.
